How to Talk About AI with C level Executives
Chief Data Scientist Anthony Scriffignano discusses how to translate data insights into meaningful information for executives. His first piece of advice is not to assume that they know nothing about technology. Realize the problems on their desk a don't focus on the minutiae of data management. They are concerned about customers, investors, trends in their industry and other big picture issues to solve.
Remember to speak the language of the C Level suite that you're talking to. If you're talking to a CFO and they are concerned about how their projections are going to represent the future of their organization, or they need to know how to report on the past achievements of their company. If you're talking to someone in marketing or sales you might want to talk about how they can use their data to spot big industry disruptions on the horizon.
